Work-Related IssuesSome clients may present with work-related concerns and having difficulty relating with others in their work environment, or they are not happy at their job and feel fear around leaving and not being sure if it is the best decision. Most times there are real challenges in the work environment, and my role is to explore the clients role in their position. What makes them stay or how did they come to a place where they have been so unhappy. Work can be a place where other issues manifest, and they get played out in the work environment. I have seen significant changes from clients who are courageous enough to explore what their role is, and help them look for solutions under these environments, once the insight is discovered. My experience has shown that clients have found ways to be happier in their workplace or else move to another job where they are much more fulfilled. |
